StayCozy Houston is a family-run short-term and extended-stay housing company owned by Amber and Ted. We keep a small, hands-on portfolio of furnished homes and suites minutes from the Texas Medical Center, plus houses in the Galleria and Rice Military. You get a real home with the simplicity of a hotel booking. Most of our guests come to Houston for treatment at MD Anderson or another hospital inside the Texas Medical Center. Others are here for a clinical rotation, a travel contract, or a move. The needs turn out to be the same: a quiet bedroom, a full kitchen, laundry, parking you do not have to think about, and a local owner who picks up the phone. Two owners, not a call center

When you message about an early check-in, where to park at the hospital, or adding another week, you are talking to the people who own the home you are staying in. Amber handles guest care from the first message to the last day of the stay, including the schedule changes that come with treatment. Ted looks after the homes themselves: setup, upkeep, access and the small fixes that decide whether a long stay feels comfortable or exhausting. We are also proud to be listed on Joe's House, serving MD Anderson and Texas Medical Center guests.
